USAFA Admissions offers a unique opportunity for individuals to serve as ALOs in many capacities. Whether you are Active Duty, Reservist, Guardsmen, retired, or civilian, your participation in the USAFA ALO program is essential to the success of forging the next Air and Space force leaders.

ALO hiring is a needs based program. We identify locations where ALOs are required and advertise them at the link below. While we consistently have a need for ALOs, there is always more demand than fits our needs. So if you don’t find a requirement in your location, check back in a few months and there may be a vacancy.
